Petit Palace Plaza Del Carmen Hotel Madrid

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect - we were able to walk to many popular tourist areas like museums and it was very easy to use the subway to get around. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was still very quiet. The staff were super friendly and always available to help us with every request at the reception desk. The room amenities were top-notch with soundproofed rooms, in-room air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining experience was great too, with a delicious continental buffet breakfast served every morning.

We would definitely recommend this place to families as well.

Perfect location for exploring the city, close to shopping streets, food markets, and restaurants. Helpful and welcoming staff allowed us to check in early. Small room, but spacious bathroom with an amazing shower. Easy access to transportation from the airport.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - right in the center of the city, in the very center of the action in Madrid. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the attractions and activities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even went the extra mile by turning on the air conditioning before our arrival on a hot day. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a kettle and coffee machine.

The hotel's location on a beautiful plaza in Madrid Centro is simply perfect. Being in the very center of the city allowed me to easily explore all the popular places on foot. Plus, there is a fantastic restaurant right next door with lovely outdoor seating, making it a convenient dining option.

Excellent location near main center with shopping, restaurants, and lots going on. Tucked away on a quiet street but still feels safe. Taxi stands nearby. Well-insulated rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Sara.
